Media Delivery & Turnaround

1. Photograph Delivery & Payment Terms

• Next-Day Proofing: A full set of watermarked, edited photographs will be delivered by 3:00 PM the next business day following the shoot.

• Final Release: Upon receipt of full payment, the watermarked proofs will be replaced with the high-resolution, unwatermarked files formatted to local MLS standards.

2. Video Delivery & Hosting

• Turnaround: The final edited video will be hosted on the photographer’s Vimeo account, and the shareable link will be delivered by the end of the second business day following the shoot.

• Source Files: The original, raw video source files are available and will be delivered upon explicit client request.

Image Licensing & Usage Terms

1. Ownership of Media All photographs, video, and digital media produced by K Perttu Photography remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer. Copyright is retained by the photographer at all times.

2. Permitted Use (The Real Estate License) Upon full payment, the hiring client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for any marketing purposes directly related to the sale, lease, or advertising of the specific property listing shown. This license is valid for the duration of the listing or until the property sells.

3. Restrictions & Prohibitions

• No Resale or Transfer: The media may not be sold, leased, sublicensed, or given away to any third party (including, but not limited to, other real estate agents, homeowners, buyers, contractors, staging companies, or architects).

• No Multi-Listing Use: If a listing expires or cancels, and a new agent takes over the property, the new agent must purchase a new license to use the media.

4. Commercial & Long-Term Marketing Use of these images for permanent branding, portfolio displays, architectural marketing, or any purposes other than the direct sale of this specific listing by the original client is strictly prohibited without a separate commercial license. Extended marketing licenses are available for an additional fee upon request.

Liability & Cancellations

1. Property Readiness & Liability

• As-Is Shooting: The property will be shot in its "as-is" condition at the time of the appointment. The photographer is not responsible for moving items, cleaning, or staging.

• Liability Waiver: The photographer is not liable for any structural or cosmetic defects that may be visible in the final media, nor for any missed areas if the property was unready or inaccessible.

2. Cancellations & Weather

• Short-Notice Fees: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Inclement Weather: In the event of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, dense fog) that prevents exterior or drone shooting, the interior will be shot as scheduled, and a return trip for exterior shots will be scheduled for the next available clear day (a trip fee may apply).

Website Terms & Portfolio Rights

1. Right to Display (Portfolio Use) The photographer retains the absolute right to use all media created during any assignment for promotional, marketing, portfolio, and professional display purposes on this website and related social media channels, regardless of whether the property has sold or the listing has closed.

2. Website Content Protection All content, graphics, code, and media displayed on this website are the property of K Perttu Photography. Unauthorized scraping, downloading, or copying of images from this portfolio for commercial use or AI training models is strictly prohibited.
